Beginners

Our next course is being held on consecutive Thursdays and Saturdays in April over 3 weeks. All 6 sessions must be completed.

They are: Thurdays 11th, 18th , 25th April 19.00 – 21-00 AND Saturdays 13th, 20th and 27th April . 13.00 – 15.00

We currently have a long waiting list and more enquiries daily.

Please contact us and we will endeavour to supply you with the information you require.

The course is run over 6 sessions, each 2 hour session building on the one before. It is therefore a requirement to attend all 6 sessions.

The courses are run on different days and times dependant on the availability of our VOLUNTEER coaches.

The cost of the course is £70:00 per person and all who complete the course will receive a certificate of completion that is recognised by all registered Archery Clubs throughout the UK.

Please Note: Parents must accompany and stay with children under 16 years of age – in fact why don’t you do the course as well?

Advise to parents: If you are in any doubt that your child will be able to handle the archery equipment safely, please contact us for advise before embarking on a beginners course.

If you wish to enquire about this course or other available courses, please contact our Course Administrator by clicking: [Contact Us]  Owing to high demand we encourage early booking to avoid disappointment. Places will be confirmed by email and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. All bows and safety equipment are provided along with expert tuition from fully trained coaches. All coaches are volunteers and we provide these courses to promote Archery as a sport and help maintain and improve the club facilities for the benefit of all. We train from all ages but would recommend a taster session first for if there is any reason why an individual may not be able to handle the equipment safely. The course is progressive over the number of weeks, therefore applicants need to start at week one and complete the full course.
