How to Join

If you are a newcomer to the sport, the usual starting point would be to enrol for a Beginners’ Course. During this time we can get to know you and it will be easier for a Coach to support your application.  If you are new to the area or have completed your beginner’s course elsewhere and are a member of Archery GB and do not know any Club Members, you can be invited to shoot as the guest of a Committee Member so that we can get to know you.  You will also have to attend an assessment day.  If you would like to do this, please supply us with some information about yourself [including which type of bow you shoot].  A telephone number where we can contact you would also be useful. Please include this information when you send an enquiry message by clicking: Contact Us.  Our Club membership year starts on the 1st July, but applications can be considered by the Committee at any time throughout the year. It usually takes between 2 and 4 weeks to process new applications. If you are already an archer and have your own equipment, you are invited to join the Club by submitting an application form. All prospective members must complete an induction This must be supported by two Club Coaches. We can arrange this for you.If you would like an application form, please click: Contact Us
